Jan Murphy Gallery in conjunction with Sophie Gannon Gallery are presenting new works by the very talented Monica Rohan at Sydney Contemporary, Australasia's major International art fair, which opens tomorrow and runs through until Saturday. We were graced with the presence of Monica's amazing paintings at our studio for photography and framing before they headed off to Sydney for this major art event.
Sydney Contemporary's fifth edition will celebrate the vibrancy and diversity of contemporary art with five days of curated exhibitions and ambitious programming appealing to the serious collector and art lover. The rich program includes contemporary visual art, installations and video art, engaging conversations, cutting edge performances as well as activations held across the city.
For those of us in Brisbane that can't get to Sydney this week to view Monica's works we have the opportunity to view her exhibition next month at Jan Murphy Gallery, 22 October – 09 November. Read more in our October newsletter.
